Ignition electrodes and flame detectors are for gas burners on ranges, oil or gas-fired boilers, forced air burners, barbeques, etc. Insulator either glazed or unglazed, made of aluminum (Al2O3) content of up to 96%. Heat resistant up to 1600° C or also available of Steatite content up to 85%.
Electrode ignition wires made of Kanthal D or Kanthal A. The former is resistant up to 1300°C and the latter resistant up to 1400°C prolonged ambient temperature.
Electrodes can be supplied with various terminals to connect with fasteners, or with one-piece insulated ignition leads welded inside the ceramic.
All ignition electrodes have been tested and certified by CSA.
